JTO (Electrical)	A Graduation Degree qualification in the discipline of Engineering or Technology or any equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering awarded by a reputed Institute or University.
JTO (Telecom)	A Graduation Degree qualification in the discipline of Engineering or Technology or any equivalent degree in Computer, Electrical, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Electronics, Radio or Instrumentation awarded by a reputed Institute or University.

Essential Qualifications:

It is mandatory for the applicant to be in possession of a B.Tech or BE Degree in the discipline of Electrical Engineering from a reputed and documented Institute or University as on 31^st December, 2014.

Restriction of Age:

All applicants must ensure that they do not cross the upper age limit of 40 years under any circumstances. However, there shall be a relaxation of 5 and 3 years in case of ST/SC and OBC applicants, respectively.

Criteria of Hiring:

Deserving and eligible candidates will be finally hired for this position on the basis of their attainment in an OMR based Open Competitive Examination under JTO (SRD) for physically handicapped applicants only in UP (East) Telecom Circle. This exam will take place at Lucknow shortly.
